• 3 x 45 min health coaching sessions

• Use of the Firstbeat wearable device for 3 months

• Price available upon request. Fully company funded option and options for organisation to share the cost with participating employee/person, possible.

Package 2

(15 mins)

• 1 x 60 min discovery session (+/- questionnaires, co-create goals)

• 7 x 45 min health coaching sessions

• Use of the Firstbeat wearable device for 6 to 9 months

• Price available upon request. Fully company funded option and options for organisation to share the cost with participating person/employee, possible.
