Firstbeat Life™ (HRV tracking) is a clinical grade wearable measuring device for very accurate heart rate variability and movement measurement. Available for hire from Recalibrate, Firstbeat Life is a favourite among professional health coaches and other health professionals in NZ who utilise it to understand their their client’s unique wellbeing profiles and empower their clients to make positive changes to their lives.

In order to carry out the measurements, you need to hire a device, and have a valid Firstbeat subscription, for a period of 3 months to get the most out of the experience for your client.

Once you place your Firstbeat Life™ order, we will activate your Firstbeat 3-month subscription automatically.  After the initial 3-month device hire and subscription you can extend for another months, on a month by month basis.
